Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Distribution Transformer Terminal Based On Internet Of Things

Intelligent distribution and transformation terminal is the core equipment in the construction of distribution network automation,which has the functions of data acquisition,fault detection,data storage,and information interaction with cloud platform.The performance of distribution transformer terminal directly affects the power supply quality of distribution network,which is an important part of the construction of distribution Internet of things.After fully studying the functional requirements of the distribution transformer terminal,a new type of intelligent distribution transformer terminal is designed by using the system design architecture of the combination of ARM microprocessor and Linux operating system,taking "hardware platform" and "software defined terminal" as the design concept and modular design as the design idea.The overall architecture,underlying hardware,software system and business functions of the intelligent distribution transformer terminal are analyzed and so on.AM3358 microprocessor is selected as the core control module to expand RS232 and RS485 communication interface module,power supply module,electric energy metering module,capacitor switching control expansion device module,GPRS wireless communication module,temperature detection module,smoke alarm module,storage unit module,etc.Linux operating system is used as the software design platform,and the multi task processing ability of embedded operating system is fully utilized to realize the business functions such as communication between distribution transformer terminal and cloud master station,data acquisition,reactive power compensation,data storage,etc.Through the hardware,software and system function test,it is verified that the intelligent distribution transformer terminal can realize the extensive interconnection and monitoring control with other auxiliary distribution equipment in the distribution station area,realize the real-time information interaction with the cloud platform server,realize the observable and controllable operation state of the distribution station area by the cloud platform,and meet the functional requirements of the distribution Internet of things for the intelligent distribution transformer terminal.
