The current construction industry is undergoing a period of transformation and development.As a production method to promote modernization of the building industry,assembly-type buildings are being vigorously promoted.This is an industrialized form of construction.Some of the building components are transferred to the factory for production in the form of products.Reduce the wet work on the site,and then the factory will transport the manufactured parts to the site and install and fix the components.The construction site carries all the construction activities,but at present,the layout of the site is relatively arbitrary and the efficiency is not high.With the development of prefabricated buildings,the changes in the architectural forms and the presence of prefabricated building parts have all been proposed to the site management in the construction phase.With higher requirements,the layout of the construction site also requires more systematic and scientific planning.When carrying out the construction site layout of a prefabricated building,it is necessary to consider the transportation problems of prefabricated components,coordination issues with ordinary cast-in-place materials,lifting problems,which are all new problems in the layout planning of prefabricated construction sites.In this context,the paper reviewed the relevant literature,conducted an internship at the construction site,using related discipline knowledge in industrial engineering,and used BIM's information management and visual design to preliminary plan layout and dynamic simulation of prefabricated building construction sites.Firstly,the content of the layout of the prefabricated building construction site needs to be clarified,the relationship between the site layout units is analyzed using the system layout design method(SLP)in the industrial engineering,and the EOQ transport plan for the prefabricated components is applied.Arrangements were made to calculate the area required for temporary stacking of prefabricated components on site;the results obtained from analysis of SLP method and the temporary storage area of prefabricated components calculated by EOQ method were taken as known parameters and brought into the site for multi-objective optimization.In the mathematical model of the layout,a genetic algorithm is iteratively calculated,and then the layout of the construction site is adjusted according to the actual conditions of the site.After the results are obtained,the BIM technology is used in conjunction with the relevant software to dynamically simulate the process from planning to implementation.Combining with specific engineering cases,the feasibility of the entire optimization and simulation process was verified,and a set of system-scientific and operational site management processes was formed.From the theory to the practice,the on-site layout optimization and simulation of prefabricated buildings was performed.The research of this thesis provides effective methods,techniques and software for the dynamic simulation of prefabricated construction site layout and construction process dynamic simulation.It provides practical reference for site-based optimization and construction simulation of prefabricated buildings,reflecting the optimization ideas and systems.Managing the value of the construction site,improving the rationality of the site layout and the efficiency of work and management in the construction process has a strong guiding significance.
