Research On Construction Site Layout Optimization Based On BIM Technology

In recent years,with the continuous development of construction technology,the requirements for site layout of construction site are increasing.As an important part of construction organization design,reasonable site layout scheme can improve construction efficiency,promote safe and civilized construction,and ensure the orderly construction.At the same time,with the rapid development of information technology,BIM technology as an important means of building integrated management information system,how to apply BIM technology to the optimization of construction site layout has become a key issue.Through literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis and other methods,this paper completed the following aspects of research:(1)The article summarizes the layout principles and basic points of the site layout:This paper analyses the characteristics of BIM technology and its application in site layout.This paper analyses the application status of BIM in site layout,summarizes and finds the shortcomings of existing applications.Finally,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the existing BIM software,which provides a theoretical basis for the collaborative application of BIM technology in site layout(2)This paper analyses the application characteristics of BIM technology in site layout,summarizes the standard of family database modeling in BIM site layout,summarizes the application process of site simulation and the application management process of BIM5 D,and provides a systematic process for the application of BIM in site layout.(3)This paper synthesizes the summarized process and the application points from the comparative analysis into the actual project,tests the effect in practice,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of optimization,which provides practical case support for further optimization of process and application points.(4)This paper summarizes the application path of site layout,summarizes the characteristics of site layout modeling,and applies the model to innovative application points such as fire escape route simulation,construction site pump pipe optimization,temporary facility lighting simulation,site facility engineering quantity management,construction site temporary facility BIM5 D simulation,earthwork construction simulation,etc.Through the study of construction site layout optimization based on BIM technology,it provides auxiliary means for site construction and improves construction efficiency.
