The construction of site layout is not only an important part of the design of construction organization,but also the premise and foundation of engineering construction.Scientific and reasonable construction can both reduce the safety risk and ensure the complete of construction on time.At the same time,it can reduce the cost of construction,promote the realization of the goal of the construction project ultimately as well.At present,the design of the construction of site layout is an important content of project management,but it remains on the surface and has not been paid enough attention.It does not play a key role in the real working environment.Tracing its root,it is significant because that the traditional design of the construction of site layout is basically static.However,the requirements of labor,material,and machine resources of construction site will make change with the various stages of construction dynamically.Considering the problem of the mismatch between the static construction layout and the dynamic construction demand,a dynamic plan of construction site layout has been proposed in this paper.We divided it into three part which contains underground structure engineering,main structure engineering and decoration engineering based on the case study.According to requirements of different stages of construction and resources,we designed different construction of site layout for different stages respectively.Also,in order to verify the feasibility of the model of construction of site dynamic layout and application value,we made various comparisons between different original static layouts.Dynamic layout of the construction site could be achieved by building dynamic layout models,which capture the different requirements for the progress of construction.However,formulating such models is terrible because of much data input and requirements of updating plans.This study presents an automated framework of building dynamic site layout models by utilizing information provided by BIM.Via 4D-BIM technology,we extracted material demands in different construction stages and the available storage space both inside and outside of the building.We used the system layout design method to analyze the degree of close temporary facilities.The objective function of the dynamic layout model is established.The position of each facility is regarded as the decision variable,and it is optimized via genetic algorithm.A case example is demonstrated to validate this dynamic layout model and shows a 10.32 percent reduction in objective function compared with conventional methods.The application and popularization of the model is useful to save the construction cost for enterprise under the premise of ensuring the safety level of construction site.Meanwhile,the application of BIM in construction site layout has certain significance in BIM research and popularization.
