With the continuous improvement of the construction market,construction companies often undertake multiple projects at the same time.It is one of the key issues that the current construction companies urgently need to solve,in order to optimize the project schedule from the perspective of strategic development of construction companies.Due to the large scale and complexity of the architectural project group,there are many factors that affect the schedule.This article analyzes the literature data and selects the three goals of the project group's total duration,cash flow balance and resource balance as the project schedule.The goals that need to be considered when optimizing.First of all,this paper analyzes the research background,research significance and research methods of the optimization of construction project group schedule.At the same time,it elaborates the related theories of project group management,project group schedule management and project group resource balance.Secondly,in the construction process of the project group,the total duration of the project group will be due to the collaborative methods such as resource sharing and technology intercommunication.In response to this phenomenon,this paper proposes a progress coordination coefficient to measure the degree of shortening the construction period through collaborative work in parallel construction of the project.In addition,this paper improves the balanced model of traditional individual project resources and builds a multi-resource balance model for architectural projects.The model uses resource fluctuation costs as a measure of resource balance,considers the cost of resource idleness and resource flow,and adjusts the project by adjusting the project based on the constraints of the project immediately after the project and the constraints on the maximum use of resources.The start time of each sub-item project to minimize resource fluctuation costs.Comprehensively consider the direct and indirect costs of each sub-item project and the owner's payment situation to build a cash flow equilibrium model for the project group to maximize the net present value target of the project group.Finally,this dissertation considers the convergence disadvantages of NSGA-II algorithm and the disadvantages of slow running speeds.It improves the algorithm quality,efficiency,and robustness by combining with the collaborative algorithm.Based on the actual cases,the results show that the NSGA-II algorithm based on collaboration can obtain a Pareto non-dominated solution set with uniform distribution and good diversity in the process of solving the multi-objective schedule model,put forward the best optimization plan.
