Research On The Strategy Of Historic District Protection And Renewal From The Perspective Of Vitality Construction

With the high-speed growth in the high-speed growth of our country to the town,more and more city began to shift from the incremental development of the stock development,historic district as the old city area,the history of Renaissance decline blocks has become the focus of city construction in China.Through the material space,economic,social and cultural development strategies,the history of the original city is protected while creating the vitality of the historical district,and the protection and development of the historic district are coordinated.First of all,the article studies the relevant theories and practices of protection of historic district at home and abroad,and clearly defines the context of the protection and development of historical district.Then Focus on the key points of this study about the vitality of the historic district.By combining with the related theories about the revitalization of historic district and the study of the vitality of domestic historical district,we have summarized and analyzed some ways of creating vitality.Second,through the interpretation of the vitality of the city,the meaning of this abstract word of vitality is analyzed and its full interpretation is given.Then join the definition of historic districts and fully explain the vitality of the historic district.It points out that there are some common problems in the decline of vitality in historical district.Through combing these issues,the characteristics of vitality in historical districts are analyzed,and the elements of vitality are summarized and analyzed from the four dimensions of material space,economy,culture and society.Then,through the case studies of Hangzhou Qinghefang Historic District,Chengdu wide lanes and narrow Ianes Historic District,Nanjing Confucius Temple Historic District,and Beijing Nanluoguxiang Historic District,this paper explores the building methods of the vitality of historic neighborhoods.All these four historical districts are in the process of rapid urbanization.Because of their physical,structural,and visual characteristics,the four localities have been weakened.The local government,through different methods of construction,has protected and renovated the historic districts and revived them.Through on-the-spot research and data collection,the analysis summed up the successful way of creating vitality,and was inspired by the techniques of vitality building.Finally,taking Wuhu Ancient City Historic District as an example,on the basis of fully studying the current situation and development issues of the transformation of ancient city of Wuhu,the issue of vigor development in historical district is sorted out,and the related strategy of vitality construction summarized and summarized in the previous article is used.At the four levels of economic,social,and cultural aspects of the building of strategies for the creation of vitality.
