With the national economic development into the "new normal",the total electricity consumption growth is slowing,but the new unit has entered the peak period of production,the serious problem for electricity unbalance have emerged in some parts of China.In the area of Yunnan,with the giant hydropower stations began to generate electricity,the national total power installed capacity reached 80.37 million-kilowatt in full aperture(November 2016),the same percentage of growth reached 10%,but the growth rate of electricity consumption was less than 2%over the same period,resulting in serious contradiction of supply and demand of electric power.Yunnan is a big province of water and electricity,water and electricity accounts for the proportion of total installed capacity reached 70%,in the regional power supply and demand contradictions exist for a long time,electric power market reform in the context of the general trend,for the small and medium-sized hydropower enterprises in the region of Yunnan province,faced with the indifference of the product,the price war has become the most effective and most important means of competition,in the fierce homogenization of competition,how to reduce the cost of control,effectively improve their overall competitiveness,through the current electricity market winter,has become a small and medium-sized hydropower enterprises must seriously face the problem.In the controllable cost of small and medium-sized hydropower stations,the cost of production materials accounted for a large proportion of inventory,and according to the author in the material management positions for nearly five years of work experience,yunnan stations within the region by the business philosophy,the size of the company,traffic congestion and other factors,in the production of material inventory management there are many areas to be improved.This paper summarizes the research status of inventory management at China and overseas,from the perspective of inventory management,summarizes the relevant theories,analyzes the present situation of material management of Na Lan Hydropower Station from management mode,inventory management process and supplier management,logistics And then from the work practice,according to theoretical research,put forward the problem,analyze the problem,solve the problem,draw the conclusion of the idea,through the use of field research,statistical analysis and other methods,from qualitative research and quantitative research two The paper analyzes the problems existing in the inventory management of Na Lan Hydropower Station from the aspects of organizational structure,inventory material classification,inventory management strategy,information system,supplier management and so on.The significance of this paper is that,in view of the particularity of the inventory management of production resources in small and medium-sized hydroelectric enterprises in Yunnan,according to the actual situation of the power station,from the point of view of satisfying the safety production of the enterprise,the inventory management strategy is put forward according to the problem of inventory management,and the concrete improvement measures are put forward,so as to put forward the inventory management mechanism and rationalization proposal suitable for its development,Waste and inventory loss,while avoiding the lack of inventory and affect the safety of production,effectively enhance the small and medium hydropower stations in the current market environment,the overall competitiveness.
