As a kind of special and dangerous raw materials,hazardous materials are indispensable participation in socialization production.Even in strictly controlled by the professional standard,hazardous materials accidents still occurred frequently,especially in road transport links.The accidents damage to residents,property and environmental along the road can not be underestimated,so is of great significance to study the road transport of hazardous materials route choice.In this thesis,the three aspects of hazardous materials road transport route choice problem are researched.Risk analysis of hazardous materials road transport:briefly summarizes the hazardous materials road transport,and analyzes hazardous materials road transport accidents'types,road distribution,loss,risk factors;leveraging item analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis,risk factors are divided into six categories:transport environmental along the road,the hazardous nature,weather conditions,transport vehicle performance,regulatory supervision,the vehicle driver along the road,and be quantified the degree of their influence on hazardous materials road transport accident.Above analysis construct the index system of risk factors for hazardous materials road transport.Hazardous materials road transport route choice:put forward bi-level programming model,the upper planning to the regulatory departments to minimize the risk loss expectation,the lower planning to the hazardous materials transport enterprises to minimize transportation cost expectation,in order to solve the contradictions of two sides decision-makers when selected transport route.The Lorentz coefficient is used as the index for whether allocate balanced of road risk,in order to constraint risk cannot be greater than the upper limit.In this thesis,Genetic Algorithm is designed to solve the model and verifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm through an examples.Hazardous materials road transport route evaluation:uses Entropy Weight method combined with the subjective judging matrix to determine the combined weights to selects the highest comprehensive value for the final transportation route.Based on the evaluation results,thesis puts forward from the key points about the transport routes,vehicle drivers,transport vehicles,transport supervision to control risk.The research conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for the regulatory authorities to formulate the management method of hazardous materials road transport and can offer the practical guidance for the transport enterprises to how to choose transport routes.
