Study On Construction Control Of Urban Road Inspection Well

With the rapid growth of our country's economy,the construction of municipal infrastructure has been developed rapidly,the construction of urban road and municipal pipe network especially.As a part of the municipal infrastructure,more and more attention has been paid to the problem of inspection wells.Because of the existence of the inspection wells,the integrity of the road structure is greatly reduced.Because of the effect of vehicle load,most of the inspection wells will appear the problems of settlement,cracking and so on,which brings great threat to the safety of driving.More and more attention has been paid to the problem of running quality caused by the inspection well disease.It is urgent to solve this problem.This study mainly solves the problem of installing well cover and reinforcing well ring on newly built and rebuilt roads,making the connection between urban road inspection well frame,nspection wells cover and surrounding road smooth,meeting construction acceptance requirements,making driving smoothly and without jumping.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The analysis of the cause of the disease of the inspection well.The main reasons for the settlement of the inspection well and the surrounding pavement cracking are as follows:the construction technology of the inspection well is insufficient,and the backfill soil around the inspection well does not meet the construction requirements and the bearing capacity of the foundation is insufficient.2.The finite element analysis of the settlement of the inspection well and the prefabricated cover plate.The results show that the settlement of the inspection well and the surrounding pavement is directly proportional to the degree of cracking between the well and the road surface,and the higher difference between the inspection well and the road surface,the greater of cracking value,and then the damage of the road surface sppear.Reducing the height difference between the inspection well and the pavement is a necessary measure to reduce the damage of the pavement surrounding the inspection well.3.Discussing the improvement plan of the installation process of the inspection well.According to the existing problems of the existing construction technology,new technology is put forward:Local pouring method,grouting installation method and grouting installation method.For the new road project,it is suggested that the grouting installation method of prefabricated concrete washer should be installed.The method can ensure the smooth connection between the inspection well and the pavement,meet the driving requirements,ensure the smooth connection between the inspection well and the road surface layer,and ensure the integrity of the road structure.4.Research on the installation method of well cover for self-debugging and checking well.Specification of concrete operation standard,unified installation of the method used to eliminate the defects of the installation workers to fight the enemy separately.5.Eliminating the problem of shaft cover installation.According to the problems of the inspection wells in the urban road,the key research and analysis are carried out on the basis of the actual project of Shenyang city and the solutions are put forward.
