Construction Technology Of The Linkages Of Urban Road Surface And Inspection

The urban road is the life blood of the modern city. And the quality of which direct affect the external appearance and efficiency of the city. A large number of the pipelines were buried under the roads. In order to repair these pipelines, an inspection chamber needed to be located interval arrangement some distance. The existence of the inspection chamber affected the entirety, not only affected the structure stability and semblance, but the lifespan of the road. The inspection chamber of different pipelines was the bottleneck problem of the road engineering for a long time. The junction position between the inspection chamber and the road surface often couldn't be treated better, and which can bring inconvenience for people and cars, even induce the traffic accident.With the developed at top speed of the urban traffic, the problems caused by the inspection chamber were extensive noticed by society increasingly. To settle these problems thoroughly have become the important subject of the road maintenance department. The aim of this paper is to remove or alleviate the affection caused by inspection chamber, and including three segments contents, one is to make the inspection chamber junction better with the around road; two is the road surface without crack and settlement, and the lid cut the crib fine; three is to control the settlement value of the chamber, make the road surface located in the same elevation with the designed elevation.Aiming at the key problem of the inspection chamber, taking the municipal works of the Jinan City as the subject investigated, the research productions as following:(1) Analyse the disease mechanism of urban road inspection, and propose the technology measures of reducing the diseases. Combining the existing operation procedure, we consummate the method and standard of inspection construction, definitude the importance of concrete foundation, definitude the backfill and compacting criteria, propose the method of increasing the reinforced concrete foundation by lifting shaft wall construction and regulate the installation of well cover based on the combination of bitumen paving to ensure the smooth.(2) Conduct the construction method experiment in a civicism engineering, and conduct the prophase investigation and anaphase comparing analysis. The breakthrough fruit won the commendation of China Civicism Association.(3) Establish and workout the file system of inspection construction, improve the responsibility of builders by thinning the responsibility and quantizing the construction, and reduce effectively the non-technical engineering quality problems.
