Due to air-conditioning system design of the underground water source heatpump and equipment selection of pump are conducted according to the mostunfavorable conditions, but the system is mostly under partial load operation in fact.Therefore, in order to save transport energy of water pump operation, in view to thedeficiency of the existing pump’s inverter control mode on adjusting range, and theexistence of the dispute on method for determining, in this paper, energy savingoptimization of the pump in undergroung water source heat pump heat well areanalyzed.This article selects a hotel building in Shenyang as an example. According to theconcrete construction, finish quantitative calculation, the total architecturalair-conditioning covers an area of10588m2. Based on the research need and theadvantages of DeST building energy consumption simulation software, makedetermination of using DeST software to modle and calculate the all-year hourly load,and induct load distribution of each day. According to the architectural model case,determine the research plan. At the same time according to the local hydrologicalgeological condition to design the heat source well.Consider a water pump set to twodifferent flow pumps to implement classification. Next, according to the statisticalresults of the building load, select system equipment and analysis affect to theperformance of heat pump units at variable flow operation.Then, do further study for water pump frequency conversion applications.Through theoretical analysis on the application of the laws of proportion range,discuss relationships between working parameters of static head system. Water pumpfrequency conversion schemes are calculated, the influencing factors of variablefrequency range and saving energy effecy are analyzed. Point out the deficiencies ofvariable frequency method, and describe the improvement methods by modifying theplan.Finally, calculate operation energy consumption of all the year round about thewater pump frequency control of motor speed adjustment method and double pumpmultistage regulation mode. Comparison and analysis from many aspects,comprehensive consideration of various factors, including the number of wells, statichead size, diameter size and its rationality, the rationality of the pump selection, etc, toget more practical and more economic energy-saving optimization method.
