In the background of the rapid progress of technology,wearable intelligent hardware has become a hot topic in recent years.As the main representative of wearable intelligent hardware,smart watches are the first to enter the user's field of vision.Today,more and more potential consumers are starting to pay attention and try to buy smart watches.However,in the optimistic situation where the smart watch market has grown steadily and smart watch design systems have gradually improved,there are still some problems to be solved: for example,how to evaluate the user experience of smart watches can provide potential consumers with the difference between different smart watches.Compare,provide them with reasonable purchase suggestions;how designers use a unified evaluation system to find out the product's own shortcomings and improve and so on.This series of questions has provided new research directions for the academic field of design evaluation.As the user experience and the concept of interaction design are gradually known,the user experience design of smart watches increasingly becomes an important component of smart watch design.However,due to the short rise time of smart watches,its own user experience design has not yet formed a reference system.At the same time,the user experience evaluation system that uses the output user experience design strategy as the ultimate goal has not yet been clearly defined in the academic community.Most existing research in the academic community has begun to deconstruct and evaluate user experience based on a qualitative perspective.The relative evaluation studies conducted at the angle are rare.This article takes the smartwatch user experience evaluation method as the research object,aims to research the evaluation method of the smartwatch user experience through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,and finally build a more scientific and intelligent reference watch user with a certain reference value.Experience quality evaluation system.This article mainly draws on Whitney Quesenbery's 5E principle of user experience,with the aid of the related research methods of the analytic hierarchy process,through the form of research,literature research,etc.,finally derived a smart watch user experience evaluation model that can be applied to smart watch user experience related design.First,organize and summarize the related research theories of user experience and evaluation,select the theoretical basis for the evaluation model and indicators,and then determine the evaluation indicators through surveys and other forms;Finally,through expert scoring,mathematical and physical analysis of statistical methods,Determine the smart watch user experience evaluation model and index weights,and provide opinions and suggestions for the design of smart watch user experience.
