Research On User Experience Evaluation Model Of Smart Home Application Product Based On Situation Theory

At present,China has entered the era of experience economy on a large scale.With the progress of technology and economy,all kinds of products begin to emphasize the importance of user experience.In pursuit of user experience at the same time,people are pursuing more efficient,convenient,time saving cost of living environment.The user experience is the personal experience of the user when using the product,and the research method is less for the user evaluation.Most of the methods are single evaluation dimension,and the analysis is not studied from the multidimensional perspective.This research introduces situational theory in the user experience evaluation of smart home products,and sets up an intelligent home user experience evaluation model based on situational perception theory from the following three aspects.1.based on the situation theory,the influence factors model of the smart home user experience is put forward;2.the user experience evaluation model based on the situation theory is put forward,and 3.is used to calculate the weight of the user experience evaluation index of the smart home product.The user experience process of smart home application products based on situational theory includes user situation,time situation,environment situation and task situation.In the user requirement analysis stage,we use depth interview and questionnaire survey to understand the user's real needs and construct role model and situational script.Finally,the user needs and 70 initial data are analyzed.Based on situational analysis and grounded theory,the initial data are summarized and summarized,and the 25 initial categories of user experience are summed up.Index,and using factor analysis method to carry out the dimensionality reduction analysis,put forward 3 main categories: expected quality,process quality,system quality,and finally establish the user experience evaluation system of intelligent home products based on situation theory,and combine the multi-level analysis method to score the evaluation index of user experience evaluation,and finally get the influence.The weight assignment of factors is used to build user experience assessment model of smart home products based on situational theory.Finally,taking the MI Jia APP as an example,using the user experience evaluation model of smart home product to evaluate the user experience quality and improve the design,and use the obtained user experience evaluation formula to get the evaluation score of the improved APP user experience before and after the rice home experience,and verify the model of the intelligent home user experience evaluation.The evaluation method has some effectiveness.
