Research And Implement In Highway Monitoring System Based On RIA And GIS

At present our country highway construction has entered a new stage,so that the traditional highway monitoring system has been unable to satisfy people the need for information,so put GIS into monitoring system looks especially important,however,the research on it lies in a just starting stage,not to mention WebGIS.By learning the situation of the present highway monitoring system,this paper uses the Flex and RIA technology,and applys the flex builder to write the client,Visual Studio to write the internet server instead.By using both of them,a set of highway monitoring system based on WebGIS has been developed.This paper studies the RIA technology,Flex technology,WebGIS technology and a series of related WebGIS technology,and also introduces how to use ArcServer to distribute MapService and FeatureService.Based on the demand analysis of the system and the detailed design,the function which the system has to realize has been made sure,and it put forward a complete set of solutions and system architecture.In addition,this paper also makes some special research to GIS data acquisition and processing.The system has realized not only some GIS functions such as:map navigation,measurement and eagle eye,but also realized some monitoring function such as:information release,real-time state acquisition,equipment and data query.So it relatively completely realize the general function which the monitoring system has usually have,and solve some problems in the practical applications.Finally,in view of the complete set of solutions,it summarizes some achievements and points out the direction of future research improvement.
