With the acceleration of railway transport and rapid development of the high-speed rail technology, the safety of high-speed rail track and the quality of track attract more and more attention. The high-speed rail track monitoring system developed by the research group is based on the distributed wireless sensor network technology to collect rail temperature, strain, acceleration signal of high-speed rail track, in order to analyze the law of development and characteristics of changes between the rail temperature stress and rail vibration characteristics. In respect of the fact that GIS can fully shows the space deployment characteristics of monitoring nodes in distributed wireless sensor network and based on the background of the high-speed rail track monitoring system, this paper develops a client application based on ArcGIS Web.According to the system application environment, combined with the system features, the framework of the high-speed rail track monitoring system facing the WebGIS service is build up. The program data storage and network services management methods are described in detail.Based on the background of ArcGIS server products developed by ESRI company, the concepts of layers and the manufacturing operation process of map in the geographic information system are introduced. Combined with the spatial database technology, the location information of distributed wireless sensor network nodes are drawn into the feature layer, and use ArcGIS Server10server for its release and management.The physical and logical structures of the high-speed rail track monitoring system are analyzed and a database services system is established. The structure of the database is optimized in the long-term operation and maintenance, the database entity table structure with minimum redundancy, which can meet the demand of system application, is established. For the SQL Server2008database software, this paper analyzes the process of data query and the role of the log file in data query process.A Silverlight development platform for the application of the WebGIS is set up, and the data exchange between Silverlight platform and. NET platform is realized. A data channel among Silverlight, Web file channel and parameter channel is established. The focus is on the three ways of database query in the process of the cross-platform development:the domain service based on the database model, the dynamic LINQ in WCF service and the implement of SQL queries in. NET.Finally, the geographic information of monitoring section, the monitoring equipment information and the monitoring data are demonstrated in WAN, and the entire development process and results are reviewed.
