As the key equipment in the power grid,transformers' continuous and stable safe operation can't be separated from the development of scientific and effective maintenance decisions,but in the actual situation,based only on equipment risk related information to develop maintenance decisions,its reliability and reasonableness is far from enough It is necessary to consider other important information more comprehensively to support the formulation of decisions,such as the current status of the equipment,the life cycle risk,etc.It is of great significance for the actual project to develop corresponding maintenance decisions and develop supporting systems based on this idea.In this paper,based on the composition of the transformer structure,considering the main power and fault tree thinking to establish a state assessment system,based on this selection of the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process to assess the weight of various indicators in the state assessment system,the introduction of The cloud element theory,combined with an example of the transformer state rating has been calculated to demonstrate the rationality of the method.Then,considering the idea of life cycle cost,a risk consequence unit considering power grid operation,capital cost,personal safety,environmental impact and social reputation is established,and different units of different life cycles are assigned.According to the status subordination The relationship between the degree and the health index to get the risk probability size,and then use the rough set theory combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the relevant theory,the status assessment of the same transformer equipment risk ratings were evaluated and calculated,reflecting the state risk assessment as Maintenance decision-making made a full preparation.Finally,aiming at the development of decision support system,a state-risk matrix is proposed based on the state of the transformer and the risk level.At the same time,the key maintenance decisions including maintenance priorities and maintenance methods are described.Based on C # language,Visual Studio Decision Support System Developed,the system interface friendly and simple,with strong practicality,well applied to the actual project.In this paper,the transformer status and risk assessment as a preparatory work,the conclusions of the two combined used in maintenance decision-making and development of the corresponding support system to go,with more significant significance.
