As a large quantity of industrial products,automobile parts are mainly made of stamping.With the popularization and development of computer software technology,a new revolution has been made in the processing and manufacturing of automobile stamping parts.The forming quality of automobile panels plays an important role in vehicle manufacturing.Stamping forming,as one of the most basic parts forming methods,is widely used in many fields of mechanical processing.The automobile anti-collision beam supporting plate parts as an example,to design the drawing mold parts from modeling,By means of simulation analysis software DYNAFORM,the parts of the key steps of drawing forming process simulation,avoid the parts forming process such as cracking and wrinkling defects,guiding role very advantageous to die design.The main research work of this subject included:(1)use the CATIA to carry on the three-dimensional modeling to the automobile anti-collision beam support plate parts,according to the shape size and the assembly request,completes the part modeling,the part shape overall size is 700mm×80mm×60mm,belongs to the typical beam drawing.(2)use the UG software to supplement the parts of the automobile anti-collision beam support plate,and complete the design of the process supplement diagram.Make sure the parts are: Drawing?trimming ?punching?flanging ?shaping? punching ?side punching and side trimming.And the stamping method is adopted.(3)will import the.igs format of process finished in UG automobile anti-collision beam supporting plate components to DYNAFORM software,prior to treatment,complete definition of mesh,tools and other related settings,submit LS-DYNA Alu operations to solve,check in ETA/POST postprocessing results,including data and image analysis forming limit diagram and the thickness of the cloud.(4)according to the results of ETA/POST,determine the presence of rupture,wrinkling and other defects in the process of drawing,and in view of the above defects,the stamping speed,blank holding force,drawbead layout and parameter optimization method of orthogonal test,to determine the final shape parameters required.(5)through the parts of the drawing analysis,we can determine some parameters of parts required in the design of drawing die for example,drawbead layout,drawbead and blank holding force,etc.,so as to shorten the period of mould design,reduce mold repair times,improves the efficiency of mold design.(6)practice is the key step of testing theory.This topic through the theory research on automobile anti-collision beam supporting plate parts,analyzed the system theory on the part of the drawing process,the theory analysis of the design parameters used in the actual production,to verify the accuracy of simulation result.
