Research And Development Of Environmental Monitoring System About Substation Based On Android OS

Substation is an important tache of power system,it is vital node that protect safe operation of primary equipment and secondary equipment in substation, it is also related to reliability and stability of whole power network. The circumstance of substation is a important factor which impact on working condition and working performance of substation equipment.There are lots of problems in temperature and humiditynmonitoring such as the monitoring is single,informatization level is not high, heavy working and especially, the temperature and humidity monitoring are adopt to manual record mode,it easily produce human error,can’t achieve a real-time supervision and can’t found in time,so it can cause potential safety hazard easily.We put forward a new substation temperature and humidity monitoring system based on android os, it also combined computer communication technology with automatics and electronic technique.The system is composed of lower computer hardware terminal and upper computer software. The lower computer put single chip microcomputer as core, it has some functions such as temperature and humidity measurement,display and judgment,communicate with lower computer. The upper computer software is an APP application program software that developed by JAVA based on android os and SDK software. The upper computer software has some functions such as real-time display Substation temperature and humidity parameters,Lower machine control,parameter setting.Finally, we accomplished the design and manufacture of upper computer and lower computer according to the design of substation environment monitoring system,we have tested sensor capability,control performance and whole system.we found that error of metrical data about sensor was bigger in the process of testing,we introduce median filter into program design in order to improving measurement accuracy, we found that the temperature smallest error was 0 and the biggest error was 0.4, the smallest error of humidity data was 0 and the biggest error was 3RH%.we made overall test by putting upper computer software install smart phone,the result show that the data measurement is more accuratc,Apps showed normal.The control performance was better when the data was abnormal,the alarm was normal,control performance is better.the system had a certain practical use value.
