So far,IEC61850 system is the most perfect field of intelligent substation communication standard,also is one of the most important international standard for the release of the IEC fifty-seventh Technical Committee.Its interoperability,future oriented openness and expansibility of the outstanding performance,has been widely used in the world,and gradually become the core an important standard for intelligent substation and smart grid field.With the conventional substation automation system based on IEC60870 system in time synchronization system,information sharing,interoperability application,and expand the standard system and IEC61850 in terms of the power grid construction,operation monitoring and many other aspects are also put forward higher requirements on substation the construction of integrated substation automation system based on the transformation of IEC61850 standard,commonly known as substation intelligent transformation,will become a comprehensive automation substation The mainstream model in engineering.However,just unfolding construction of intelligent substation,substation intelligent transformation project in our country has not yet been fully carried out,the successful case of substation is relatively rare.In view of this problem,the Daying 110 kV substation based on IEC61850 standard comprehensive automation solutions for the further research.In this paper,the configuration of technical features of intelligent substation is analyzed in detail.Based on the practical experience of intelligent transformation of substation,the structure and characteristics of this substation are studied in detail through the investigation of 110 kV Daying substation.In theory and practice,the paper puts forward the implementation scheme of the substation transformation,improves the generating method and transmission mechanism of the integrated accident signal,and finally analyzes and studies the technological innovation in the process of the intelligent transformation of the Daying substation.The on-line checking of the fixed value of the station,the checking method and the checking method of the measuring and controlling device are studied,and the feasibility analysis of SV direct sampled and GOOSE common network scheme is carried out.In this paper,intelligent substation retrofit scheme,including relay protection,automatic safety device,automation system,integrated monitoring system,AC and DC power system,with the other secondary system,has a strong practical significance for the Daying and other substation intelligent transformation of intelligent substation.Finally this paper puts forward the online school the approved value of measurement device,test method and integrated accident signal improvements,but also laid a good technical foundation for the related work of substation intelligent transformation in the future.
