As a representative of new energy vehicles,electric vehicle(EV)plays an irreplaceable role in solving the problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage in comparison to ordinary vehicles.Its large-scale development has become an inevitable trend.Grid in china is facing the problem of mass EV access,therefore,for purpose of providing data support for the planning of electric car charging facilities,this paper mainly studies acceptance ability of urban distribution network to electric vehicles charging.The paper builded a charging load model of electric vehicle,and presented an evaluation method to evaluate the acceptance capacity of electric vehicles charging,then the effectiveness of the method of the evaluation method presented were proved.First,this paper set up charging models of types of EV in different places and different charging modes.These models considered the main factors affecting EV charging load.Then temporal characteristics molds of electric vehicle charging power curve of the the average method and random method were calculated based on the monte carlo method,these two molds laid the foundation for studing the effect of electric vehicle charging on the distribution network.Secondly,this paper established an evaluation method for evaluating the acceptance capacity of urban power grid to electric vehicles charging,including the objective function and the constraint conditions considered.Then Chance Constrained Programming(CCP)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)used in this paper were elaborated,and calculation program for the evaluation method were compiled using MATLAB software.The acceptance capability of electric vehicles charging for single node and multiple nodes were tested by IEEE-33 nodes test system.The calculation data of the evaluation method presented and the average method were analysed,and the results verified the evaluation method were more accurate.Finally,the evaluation method presented in this paper were applied to an actual power grid in China to evaluate the acceptance capability of electric vehicles charging.
