As a new energy vehicle,electric vehicle(EV)provides an effective way to solve the world energy crisis and environmental problems.And charging stations play an important role in the sustained,healthy and stable development of the electric vehicle industry as the supporting infrastructure of electric vehicles.Evaluating fast charging network(FCN)of electric vehicle reasonably is essential to select planning schemes and improve FCN weaknesses.This paper has been carried out in-depth research on the evaluation method of FCN.The main work is as follows:1)A comprehensive evaluation simulation model of fast charging network for EV is constructed based on the coupling relationship among electric vehicle,transportation network,fast charging stations and distribution network.The driving paths of EVs are simulated based on the EV energy consumption model and Origin-Destination(OD)analysis method.And then,the charging demands of EVs are determined.The fast charging behaviors of users taking the shortest driving path as decision-making target are considered based on the queuing model.The power flow calculation model is used to analyze the influence of fast charging stations on distribution network operation.The simulation model provids the model support for decision-making of planning schemes and the data support for evaluation index of FCN.2)The evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method are proposed in the paper.The index system consists of four criterions including EV users’ experience,traffic operation impact,FCN operation level and distribution network impact.And total 15 indicators are proposed.Entropy weight method and recursive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to quantity the impact of FCN on the users,the transportation,the distribution network and the FCN.Considering the demands of different decision makers,analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the FCN comprehensive evaluation results.3)An evaluation method of FCN based on the information interaction is proposed.Firstly,the economic evaluation index of FCN is proposed based on the interest relationship of interaction members.The double evaluation index system is constructed consisting of operation effects and economic benefits.Then,the combination evaluation method is used to combine the grey relational analysis result and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result to improve the accuracy of the results.Finally,the OAT(One-At-a-Time)method is used to analyze the sensitivity of index weight and verify the effectiveness of evaluation method.
