With the development of China's power industry,renewable energy power generation technology has reached a new level.But from the unit output,load regulation and economy price and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation,thermal power still occupy the basic position of China's electric power system.It is also one of the main modes of power supply in China.The low operating cost and high benefit of the 600 MW subcritical thermal power unit makes the unit have a strong competitive power in the electricity market.Coordinated control system is the core of many control systems of thermal power generation units',and it is the link between power grid and power plant.The control effect of the coordinated control system will directly affect the safety and economy operation of the entire power plant.This paper firstly analyzes the operation status of active thermal power plants,and pointed out that due to the power industry overcapacity,thermal power units usually work in 60%-80% load conditions.In order to make a coordinated control system to achieve better in the actual operating conditions,it is needed for coordinated control system control structure and controller parameter to be optimized designed.This paper takes a 600 MW subcritical thermal power unit coordinated control system as the research object.The actual operation data of the use of a large number of thermal power unitswas used to model the coordinated control system by using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,andthe model has been verified.It has provided a model for the optimization design of coordinated control system.Coordinated control system we researched in this paper cannot respond to load demand.And when the load changes,the main steam pressure fluctuations,and it cannot track the main steam pressure set value fast.According to the above problems,the control structure is optimized on the basis of the original control structure,and the controller parameters are optimized.The use of MATLAB simulation program has carried on the contrast experiment of the coordinated control system optimization design and control effect.The operation environment of the real thermal power unit is simulated on the simulator,and the control effect of the coordinated control system is verified.The results show that after 600 MW subcritical unit optimization design of the coordinated control system,it can quickly track the load changes in the actual operating process,and the main steam pressure can quickly track the main steam pressure set value,it effectively enhance the control effect of the coordinated control system,and this paper provides a way for other thermal power units tooptimal design the coordination control systems.
