According to the National Energy Board released the "distribution network construction transformation action plan(2015-2020)",clearly pointed out that the importance of building a modern distribution network to safe and reliable power supply and quality Efficient power supply services to protect economic and social development,to build a well-off society to provide a strong support.At the same time the document also pointed out that to speed up the automation of power distribution,to achieve considerable control of the distribution network.Distribution system branch line and more complex,in the event of failure,need to spend a lot of time,manpower,energy and material to find the specific fault location.Although the search for a lot of domestic research,but can not completely out of the artificial site to find,the level of automation is low.In the face of the inefficient situation of the fault finding of the distribution system,it is imperative to use the smart grid to quickly find the line fault point and to transfer power to the non-fault zone.In recent years,with the Benxi City power supply branch of the region to increase the number of important users,large enterprises,large commercial reliability requirements for electricity is very high,in order to avoid important users,large enterprises for a long time power outage,the implementation of distribution automation is necessary.On the other hand practice the national network company "you use electricity,I carefully" the concept of quality service,reduce the 95598 complaints,but also on the distribution grid put forward higher requirements.This paper analyzes the effect of the automatic fault diagnosis system in Benxi City,and compares.the distribution network before and after the project implementation from the engineering point of view,and uses the specific indexes to carry on the quantitative analysis.In addition,qualitative analysis from both economic and social aspects.It is concluded that the implementation of the project has obvious benefits to the economic efficiency of the enterprises themselves,the satisfaction level of the residents’ living and the local economy.The main work is to evaluate the implementation effect of automatic fault diagnosis system of distribution network.The evaluation index system is based on the characteristics of the evaluated object and the purpose of the evaluator.Combining the actual situation and theoretical experience,the index system is composed according to the certain level logical structure.Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Evaluate Its Economic Benefit,Social Benefit and Technology.
