Study On Installation Technology Of Million Kilowatt Half Speed Steam Turbine In Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant

The growing environmental problems have promoted the rapid development of nuclear power.With the introduction of the national nuclear power plan,the construction of nuclear power will be accelerated gradually.Nuclear power steam turbine as the key equipment of conventional island,play a important role,is directly related to nuclear power safety and efficiency.The different characteristics of technical route model,there is a difference,but the spring foundation,the super-size cylinder is widespread,and the corresponding installation technology research is due to the introduction of the digestion and absorption of foreign or new design models have no reference experience of different degrees of lag,needs to carry out targeted research.Based on the YangJjiang nuclear power plant in Shanghai electrical/Siemens technology million KW half speed steam turbine structure features,from the logic of whole unit installation,the logic of foundation spring releasing and the measuring of clearance between cylinder and rotor of super-size cylinder,bump check technology research,based on the existing guidance documents,combination of YangJjiang project feedback on operation and overhaul of the unit,as well as the practice of the construction unit,optimizing ascension,to conquer the emphases and difficulties of the key installation technology.Practice proved that,the clearance measuring between cylinder and rotor of super-size cylinder,through the deformation correction and deformation control,to achieve data measured in terms of safety,accuracy and comprehensiveness are improved greatly;The bump check of super-size cylinder can greatly improve the accuracy of the data measurement by means of additional support,supporting lubrication and process optimization;the condenser spring can be released within water when the connection o f condenser and low-pressure cylinder,which can greatly reduce the construction cost and guarantee the safety of the equipment.The above key technologies have been verified in the installation process of YangJiang project,which can provide high reference value for domestic and foreign steam turbines.
