Research On Energy Efficiency Evaluation Of Thermal Power Enterprises Based On DEA-tobit Model

Energy is an important material on which human society depends for its survival and development,relates to the strategic competitiveness of the country and is an important pillar industry for the development of the national economy.It not only is directly related to the smooth operation and sustainable development of social economy,but also has profound and extensive impacts on all aspects of social economy.Especially in thermal power enterprises,facing the pressure of energy demand and the restriction of energy supply of thermal power,it is necessary to implement the matter of coal production capacity,accelerate the elimination of "zombie enterprises",and deal well with the relationship between addition and subtraction.Therefore,it is the only way to improve the energy efficiency of the thermal power enterprises so as to ensure the smooth transition and upgrade of the thermal power enterprises.So this paper evaluates the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises based on the DEA-Tobit model and has important research value and practical significance for improving the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises,strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction,ecological environment construction and social sustainable development.Firstly,the paper describes the background and significance of the study,reviews the research on the energy efficiency at home and abroad,and puts forward the main content and framework.Secondly,this paper elaborates the related theory of energy efficiency and data envelopment analysis,expounds current situation and main problems of energy efficiency in thermal power enterprises,and build the evaluation index system of energy efficiency.On this basis,a data envelopment evaluation model of thermal power enterprises is set up,in which the qualitative indexes were quantified by cloud model.Thirdly,through the model of Tobit,the influence direction and magnitude of the influence factors on the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises are analyzed and studied.At last,using the built model to carry on the empirical research on A-fired enterprise,according to the Tobit regression results,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for improving the energy efficiency of the thermal power enterprises,and has certain reference value for improving the energy efficiency of the thermal power enterprises and strengthening the energy saving and emission reduction.
