In a society where energy and environment are increasingly tense,using new energy to generate electricity is the development direction of electric power market.China's installed capacity of new energy is in the front row in the world,but the consumption issues of new energy has become increasingly prominent,especially the existence of "abandoned wind" and "abandoned light" in the "the Three Norths " areas has become an important factor that restricts the sustainable development of new energy power generation.This paper analyzes on the domestic and foreign new energy consumptive solutions,finally reaches a conclusion that cross regional consumption,demand side response,bundling trading,green certificate trading are the main market approaches of increasing the proportion of new energy consumption.The direct power purchase of large users is an important part of the current reform of the electricity market,from the perspective of practical experience of the reform of the power system in China,the system of direct power purchase by large users can improve the efficiency of market operation,optimize the allocation of resources,increase the market competition and promote the formation of reasonable price mechanism.Bringing new energy consumption issue into the system framework of direct power purchase of large users is one solution of exploring new energy consumption dilemma.Aiming at new energy consumption,starting from the perspective of economics and market,considering the influence of cross regional consumption,demand side response,bundling trading,green certificate trading measures for new energy consumption,and using the market design principle of "salad bowl",this paper proposes an improved method for the existing direct purchase transaction mode of large users: new energy participates in large users' provincial transaction,the power-purchase side sets priorities according to the demand side response of the large users,power-sold side is sorted according to the principle of environmental protection and take into consideration the weight factors of the price range,the quantity of the declared electricity,the coal consumption of the power supply,the SO2 emission and SO on,then determine the priority of selling electricity.Energy complementary bundling participates into the cross provincial direct power purchase,the two stage centralized transaction mode and algorithm are designed which can avoid the cross competition between different electric power.In order to ensure the improved model,reasonable economic incentives for all stakeholders are carried out to mobilize the enthusiasm of all kinds of power generation enterprises in participating in the direct purchase of large users.This paper designs an economic compensation algorithm for green certificates and carbon emissions trading as the effective supplement of promoting the direct power purchase for the large users' transaction algorithm of the new energy consumption.Firstly,an incremental profit model is established as a prerequisite for judging the feasibility of the improved model.Secondly,cooperative game theory of Shapley value is used to allocate profit according to the marginal contribution of each generation alliance,and further confirm the economic compensation standard of each power generation enterprise.At last,three examples are used to prove the rationality of the improved model.
