Design Of The Old Workshop Space

With the rapid development of urban economy,abandoned industrial buildings gradually forgotten,shelved,many old buildings in the city seemed so uncoordinated,but the old building has other modern buildings do not have the historical charm.Under the design of the artists,the old buildings will be wasted into their potential function,that is,to retain the historical sites and the development of the city economy.In this case,people have gradually realized that the use of useful materials on the waste plant for processing and re-use,more is the pursuit of "old" and "new" combination of innovation,so that the city is rich,innovative And artistic.The purpose of this study is the design of the old plant space reconstruction,the purpose of the study is through the old plant space transformation and re-use and combined Loft style design of the old plant after the transformation of the bar space.The research and content of the study are divided into five parts: introduction and development of Loft culture.The transformation and re-use of the old factory space and the transformation of the M50 creative park and the old factory building Loft’s bar space Design practice.Through the study of the development of Loft at home and abroad,in the space transformation and the study of the space reorganization and detailed design of the two parts,the final Loft bar space design through the design concept,to retain,transform the three starting design.
