With the City of technological progress, the demand for structural change and adjustment of industrial structure, Shanghai as the birthplace of China’s modern industry, the city center of which appeared to be idle or abandoned industrial heritage. Positive at this time, The demand for creative industries rapidly increasing, with demand the creative industrial park as the space vector of the creative industries developed rapidly, industrial buildings become the meeting-place of creative industrial park and industrial heritage re-use for low-rent and open space.This paper is based on a comprehensive study of the Shanghai industrial heritage, Selects the awarding of representative re-use industrial buildings for the Creative Industry Park as the research object, uses site investigation, comparative analysis of inductive research, space simulation research methods, discusses the Creative Industrial Park architectural space based on the Shanghai Industrial Heritage Reuse with five chapters. The first chapter of introduction, describes the research background, purpose, significance, objects, methods, domestic and foreign research. The second chapter, introduces the generation and development process of the Creative Industrial Park building space from overseas and domestic aspects, and mainly describes and analysis problems existing in the current creative industrial park building space. The third chapter describes the classification and analysis the current situation of the Creative Industry Park building space based on the former analysis. The fourth chapter summarizes the basic transformation modes of the creative industry park building space based on the reuse of industrial heritage from four main aspects such as the function, internal space, external form, interior decoration element.Finally, summarizes the transformation modes and spatial features and some suggestions for its existing problems of the creative industry park building space based on the reuse of Shanghai industrial heritage, In order to provide a reference for the future development of the Creative Industry Park.
