High-speed packaging makes the coupling between packaging organizations unstable.If the maintenance is improper,it will be easy to increase the failure rate of production line,and lead to the performance of the production line not meeting the design requirements,affecting its reliability.So it is necessary to optimize the operation parameters of packaging production line.According to the characteristics of packaging line,the relational model between coupling unit reliability and operating parameters is established.Taking the highest effective speed and maximum economic efficiency of the packaging production line as the optimization goal in the order cycle,the adaptive genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the selection of the operating parameters.The main contributions and research contents are given as follows:1.A method for optimizing operation parameters from the point of element coupling is presented.For the reliability constraint effect of the internal connection relationship of the system being ignored in the study of the optimization of the operating parameters of the system at home and abroad,packaging line is divided into packaging unit and coupling unit by the unit dividing principle of "Functional-Process-Unit" in this paper.With describing and analyzing the operation process of the coupling unit in detail,its reliability model is established by using wear reliability model,to study the influence of the reliability of the coupling relationship on the operating parameters of the packaging production line.2.A calculation method for the running time and maintenance time of a packaging production line is proposed.This paper utilizes the “age reduction model” to express the effect of preventive maintenance on the coupling unit's repair,and determines the running time and maintenance time coupling unit by utilizing the reliability recovery factor which can indicate the unit's reliability recovery status.Then,the running time,maintenance time and maintenance strategy matrix of the packaging production line through the policy selection of certain principles are determined by integrating the running time matrix and maintenance time matrix composed of all the coupling units of the entire packaging production line.3.Taking the effective operating speed and economic efficiency as the performance parameters to measure the packaging production line under the reliability constraints,the objective function of the optimization of the production line operating parameters is established,listing the constraints of the objective function.The adaptive genetic algorithm is used to optimize the operating parameters.The method proposed in this paper is applied to an example of a company's packaging production line to verify the rationality and superiority of the proposed method.
