With the structure of modern electronic systems's becoming more and more complex, and the functions' improving well day by day, it causes more difficult to achieve high reliability. Therefore the analysis, design and evaluation of system reliability are important issues which cannot be ignored.How to improve the reliability of electronic devices become increasingly attracted attention. This thesis mainly studies the theory and practice of reliability of electronic devises form the following three aspects:Firstly, it studies the he reliability of characteristic quantity according to the reliability theory at home and abroad. Proposing the system life and maintain time submit to exponentially distribution, defining the reliability index, then establishing a mathematical model for the reliability of series, parallel and the complex redundant system.Secondly, it mainly investigates the reliability experiments, the objective of the reliability experiments.It researches the basic principle to compare and determine the reliability program and the reliability life estimation. Through the theory of the reliability experiments, we could identify the theoretical basis of the various experiments programs and the basis of deciding the confidence coefficient for life estimstion. The thesis focuses on the reliability project experiments and environmental stress screening experiments.Finally, it works on developing products and the methods of reliable quantitative evaluation for batch production, including evaluation of the object-rader system nodes building(the method of the product tree establishment);environmental weighting factors research confirming; data source estimation and methods collection;fault decision and processing; data fusion criterion; reliability calculation of the lower limit and interval calculation. It also could be applied to the reliability quantitative evaluation of the development and batch production.
