In the ground building of a power plant,the Trestle is an important structure connecting the hub of coal processing and storage.Its characteristics are to realize the overhead crossing,the straight line,and provide the technological height.The general steel Trestle consists of two main trusses,the supporting system in the plane of the upper and lower chords,the structure of the enclosure,the portal frame at both ends of the steel truss,the support,the support and the foundation.Based on the actual engineering background,this paper focuses on the structural stress analysis and design of steel trusses,concrete supports and concrete natural foundations in the 7 degree seismic area.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A continuous coal conveying Trestle is designed to meet the requirements of 163.05 meters long coal transportation in a specific project.In the selected area of Trestle,there is a slope of 4.2 meter height difference and two factory roads,which is very difficult for the length of Trestle.In addition to consideration of these comprehensive factors,this paper also takes into account the difficulty of construction,and makes a certain degree of merging of the types of the length of each span of Trestle.(2)The particularity of the structural calculation of Trestle is analyzed.One is that in the load combination of most structures,the live load which plays the decisive factor is usually permanent load,but in the structure load combination of Trestle,the load which plays the decisive factor may be wind load or live load,which has great influence on the calculation of the value of the partial coefficient of the load combination in the foundation of Trestle.(3)In view of the fact that the overall structural seismic load is too large because of the long length of the whole long span,a practical solution is put forward in this paper,that is,the rigid span of a frame structure is set up in the middle or the appropriate position of the whole span,and the support form is combined with the fixed support and sliding support.The body structure is divided into three sections.The rigid span is used to absorb the seismic force that is passed down on the right side of the high end,so as to avoid the continuous transmission of the seismic force to the lower part,thus reducing the structure size of the small rigidity across the lower end.(4)This paper also describes some special requirements for civil engineering structural design of thermal power plants.For example,the size selection of Trestle expansion joint,the stipulation of Trestle's structural system and form,and the value of the length of the Trestle support.
