With the global port industry increasingly fierce competition,the major ports will adapt to market trends as a benchmark for the development of enterprises.Port enterprises to increase its core competitiveness,have adopted a way to adjust the industrial structure,in the original port loading and unloading industry on the basis of the international logistics industry as its extension.Customer relationship management is the main manifestation of competition among various ports.In recent years,the services provided by various ports,the marketing work carried out there is a clear homogenization problem,the competition between the ports intensified,the port enterprises in order to win in the fierce competition,we must take positive and effective measures to increase customer value,enhance customer satisfaction,to win customer recognition and trust,and strive to achieve win-win situation with customers,and enhance their own competitive strength.This thesis takes the port logistics industry as the research object and takes the Tianjin Port A Container Terminal(hereinafter also referred to as the A Container Terminal)as the research object,from the aspects of management idea,technology and management level,service quality and so on.,To adapt to the management of customer relationship management needs and IT staff training,management system of continuous improvement,customer relationship management into the enterprise performance management system,the improvement of service processes,the supply chain to establish cooperation to achieve information sharing to reduce the uncertainty And improve the existing marketing strategy and other countermeasures and suggestions,and put forward the customer-centric corporate culture,adapted to the customer relationship management organizational structure is perfect,adapted to customer relationship management evaluation of enterprise performance appraisal system improvement Specific measures to achieve the ultimate goal of meeting the customer's needs and improving the core competitiveness of the port logistics industry.
