The Study Of Port Container Inspection Model Adapting To The International Logistics Development

With the rapid development of international trade, the internal and external communications have gradually increased and the growing importance of the international logistics industry has highlighted. As one of the four major industries of Tianjin Port, International logistics industry is in the golden period of development and innovation period of plenty of opportunities.In this paper, theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, case studies and policy recommendations have been carried out for research and analysis. First, using the theory analysis and drawing on the theoretical results of the scholars to make a theoretical analysis on the international logistics industry and container inspection. On the basis of theoretical summary, the author analyzes the existing problems and interaction relations of Tianjin port international logistics industry and container inspection mode, thereby to make the evaluation and analysis for current container inspection mode. Second, the author uses the method of comparative analysis to compare the differences of container inspection mode of domestic and international port, and to improve the relevance of the study. Third, the case study method, taking the case of a certain Tianjin Port customs broker, to analyze the operating costs before and after the inspection center platform established. Fourth, putting forward policy proposals and building the development model. This paper comes to following conclusions.First, rapid development of Tianjin port international logistics industry and the steady growth of container throughput put forward much higher demand for Tianjin Port Container inspection work. The improvement of container inspection level and innovation of the mode will also promote the development of the international logistics industry in Tianjin Port.Second, to integrate the resources of the Customs and CIQ to realize centralized inspection; To integrate the Tianjin Port Container inspection center platform and one-stop service system thus to achieve the integration of hardware and software, and establish the new mode of the "platform+service system.Third, according to the status and practice of Tianjin port international logistics and container inspection, making the mode of innovation and resources integration as a key factor and as a breakthrough for the analysis of container inspection mode, and then putting forward the ideas of establishing "coordination mechanism" between Customs, CIQ and port.This paper relates the container inspection mode with the development of international logistics industry, and puts forward the relations of mutual promotion and influence. And the paper uses integration theory to integrate the resources of Customs and CIQ thus to realize maximize profits.
