Secondly, by analyzing the current development of the container market and Tianjin port, the paper analyzes the development problems of the container terminal in Tianjin Port, and obtains the problems in the development process of Tianjin Port L container terminal. Thirdly,based on the analytic hierarchy process and the gray relational analysis, this paper analyzes the development of the current terminal based on the evaluation results. Finally,according to the evaluation results and the problems obtained from the previous analysis,the author puts forward the improvement of the operational capacity of the terminal counter measure.
