| Matrix converter is a kind of power electronic conversion device that can directly implement AC to AC conversion.Because it has no DC energy storage part of traditional AC-DC-AC power electronic conversion device,it has a great development prospect.Domestic and foreign scholars value the matrix converter is very simple structure,high power factor,less harmonic pollution on the grid a little,a lot of research work on it.In this paper,the structure of the matrix converter topology,control strategies and other issues are discussed.Among the many matrix converter control strategies,the most mature and widely used dual space vector modulation(SVPWM)control strategy is introduced.This paper analyzes the relationship between the matrix converter and the switch of its equivalent AC-DC-AC architecture,and details how to determine the sector,the reference vector time and the duty cycle in the dual space vector modulation control strategy Matrix variator software simulation and hardware implementation laid the foundation.At the same time,some technical problems of matrix converter are studied at the present stage.The composition of the bidirectional switch of the matrix converter is introduced.The traditional IGBT composition is analyzed,and the bidirectional switch formed by the MOSFET is also introduced to pave the way for the construction of the hardware experimental platform.Aiming at the most mature semi-softened four-step safety commutation strategy in the safety commutation strategy,the working process of the commutation tube is discussed in detail,and the voltage four-step commutation strategy is proposed as a supplement to the deficiencies.Considering that the input current contains a lot of harmonics,it will cause great pollution to the power grid.Therefore,in order to reduce the input current harmonics of the matrix converter,an LC filter is designed.For the phase-difference of the grid-side voltage and current caused by the filter Analysis,design a hysteresis regulation method,adjust the power factor so that it is basically 1.Finally,using the MATLAB software platform to build a matrix converter simulation model,the dual space vector control strategy to verify and analyze the results.Then a hardware experiment platform based on STM32 and CPLD is set up.A large number of experiments are conducted on this experiment platform to demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the dual space vector modulation strategy. |
