The concept of new-type urbanization has been proposed, and the urban land area is increasing, and many urban suburbs or rural landscape are facing the problem of transformation.New propulsion of urbanization and economic development, make the edge of town green space landscape is destroyed,at the same time, such a massive update is easy to cause fracture of the urban context, cause permanent damage to the city, therefore, how to apply theory of darning, new and old, town and township perfect suture, constitute a organic whole became a vital link in urban development. This paper, focusing on the perspective of the planning and design of green landscape in urban fringe area, discusses the application of the concept of the theory of weaving in the green landscape design of the urban fringe area through theoretical research, literature reading and case design.Through tracking research,we analyze the contradiction between the two elements in the area, and coordinate the landscape features of the park and the original village boundary caused by the urban development. The concept of "weaving" was put forward to repair the ecological gap and achieve the goal of harmonious development of landscape design and natural ecological sustainable development,in order to explore the landscape design and construction of urban fringe green space.By analyzing foreign and domestic theories, the main problems of urban green space in the process of urbanization in China are discussed.Combining the weaving theory with the local characteristics of Shucheng, the strategy of landscape design for Shucheng east entrance greenbelt is put forward. In addition, the application of Darning theory in landscape design of urban fringe greenbelt is discussed.
