This article designs a set of electric drive system according to a car's performance requirements for the drive system.Through the design and calculation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,its basic parameters are obtained.A permanent magnet synchronous motor with similar parameters and similar functions is found.At the same time,based on the four-axis transmission structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the power output device in the traditional electric drive system,a new type of 3-axis transmission structure is designed,and the structure of the transmission mechanism is subjected to the Romax simulation analysis and intensity verification.Based on MATLAB/Simulink,the transmission efficiency of the electric drive system was simulated.An electric drive system test bench was set up,and its external characteristics,transmission efficiency,noise,and reliability performance tests were performed,and experimental data and simulation data were compared and analyzed.The results show that the electric drive system designed in this paper has reasonable structure and superior performance,and the transmission efficiency model built is accurate.Finally,a suitable electric drive system for a new energy electric vehicle was designed.The details are as follows:(1)According to the technical performance requirements of a certain electric vehicle,analyze and study the advantages and disadvantages of different rotor permanent magnet arrangement methods,select the permanent magnet synchronous motor permanent magnet arrangement method,the main size of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,stator slot size The analytical expressions of the size of the permanent magnet and the size of the permanent magnet are deduced and analyzed,and the primary values of the parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of this subject are obtained by analytical calculation.According to the design parameters required to find a similar function of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.(2)Propose a new transmission structure of the coaxial body of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and reducer,and perform the Romax simulation analysis and strength verification calculation on the structure to verify the feasibility of the structure.(3)The theoretical analysis and calculation of the stator winding copper loss and stator core iron loss of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the electric efficiency,and the basis of the mechanical power loss in the power transmission process of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and reducer transmission components The characteristics of the components(bearings,gears,churning oil,clutch plates,oil seals,etc.)are theoretically calculated,and the electric efficiency simulink model of the electric drive assembly is established and simulated.(4)Design the test bench for the integrated performance test of the electric drive assembly,mainly for the test bench requirements and solutions,the selection of the transmission components,the connection of the mechanical assemblies,and the design and development of the test stand control system,and finally complete the new energy Drag and drop test bench control system.(5)The electrical drive system was tested for external characteristics,transmission efficiency,noise,and reliability,and experimental data was analyzed.The experimental results show that the transmission efficiency of the electric drive system is between 72% and 94%,and the power generation efficiency is between 74% and 95%,and the output torque can be stabilized under the low speed conditions of 1000r/min or less;at 1000r/min-3000r/min energy The output power is stabilized to meet the performance requirements of the new energy electric vehicle,and the rationality of the electric drive system design is verified.Through the comparison of experimental data and simulation data,the accuracy of the simulation model was proved.
