These outstanding problems impact the development of the auto industry directly. The energy exhausting force the auto to use alternative fuels, environmental problems require the car to reduce emissions. Along with these serious problems, new energy vehicles with its energy conservation and environmental protection sides ushered in a golden development period. New energy vehicle transmission system presents diversity. This thesis based on the auto transmission as research object, which is the key component of the transmission system.This thesis by demonstration auto transmission construction, working principle, shift process and test methods, put forward the test methods of Electric-drive mechanical transmission. In the foundation of clear about EMT construction, working principle and shift process, focused on EMT detection methods. A lot of research about shift time, shift jerk and shift efficiency has been done, solved the EMT detection content from theoretical research, formed detection scheme. Then by building test bench and collecting experimental data, demonstrated the detection scheme.In this thesis, compared with other automatic transmission, the test items of EMT are explicit., which contain shift time, shift jerk and shift efficiency. Bench test can provide the omni-directional test items for EMT, improves experimental base for the developing and enhance of EMT. |
