Transmissions as the key component of automotive transmission,its performance directly affects the car’s reliability,operability,fuel economy and dynamic characteristics.Thus,the detection and evaluation of automotive transmission performance is particularly important.Transmissions of foreign advanced testing equipment cost is high,expensive and less versatile,enterprise direct introduction will undoubtedly increase the investment risk.The thesis relies on school-enterprise cooperative research projects in an automobile companies and Wuhan University of Technology,in order to improve the detection accuracy of Transmissions performance and reliability as the goal,developed a mechanical transmission performance car test bench.Hybrid buses and pure electric vehicle is the future trend of the development of medium and large passenger cars,which mostly uses rear rear drive.The test bench to rear rear drive mechanical transmission as experimental subjects,on the basis of preliminary research and access to domestic and foreign literature,In theory Automotive Transmission Test Bench involved,mechanical and electrical technology and computer-aided testing technology as the theoretical basis,referring to China’s automobile industry standard "QC / T568-2010 automobile mechanical transmission assembly bench test method",explores a reasonable rear rear drive mechanical transmission performance test station technical solutions.This article main research work as follows:First,the whole program for formulating test bench,in terms of the carriage arrangement,control systems and other aspects are analyzed,select enclosed electric type DC link bench,using linear arrangement;Second,the three major aspects of the test bench mechanical systems,power systems and measurement and control systems for the relevant hardware design and selection,completed the test bench assembly drawings and part drawings design,selection of Siemens AC induction motors to simulate the test bench power and load,using SIZER software electronically controlled parts selection and design;Third,monitoring and control functions for the realization of test bench,equipped with LabVIEW software to IPC as a test bench control system host computer,and using LabVIEW software write relevant test procedures;Fourth,for the successful completion of the transmission gear efficiency test,developed specific test procedures,prior to testing,the first for the sensor calibration tests to ensure that the sensor accuracy to meet the requirements,complete the relevant test,and combined with the relevant transmission efficiency curve of the test results were analyzed and evaluated,the results are consistent with the requirements.Development and application of the test bench for transmission performance intelligent detection technology provides an effective platform,and automotive companies will enhance the technical level of testing.
