The 19 th Party Congress reported that the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important step in building an overall well-to-do society and an all-round construction of a modern socialist country.There has been an upsurge in rural construction throughout the country.Small towns are an important body that drives the overall development of the city and the rural economy.Its development has already achieved heavy weight,and it has gradually changed from the initial extensive type to the intensive and connotative type of development.However,the imbalance between urban and rural development has always existed.The development of rural areas still lags far behind cities.How to make the countryside really rejuvenate,how to achieve the integration of urban and rural development,how to balance the relationship between urban and rural areas,and eliminate the urban-rural dual structure To achieve sustainable development in urban and rural areas has become an important contradiction point for the development of urban and rural areas in China.Through the rational adjustment of the industrial structure of the industrial and trade-oriented small towns,the spatial relationship between the township and the village is organized to achieve the organic integration of the township and the village.This article selects small cities and towns with good industrial basic conditions as the research object,and explores the integrated development model of industrial development and spatial distribution under the integration of “production-city-township”.Through in-depth research on relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of "production","city" and "township" in the small towns of industry and trade has been put forward,and their development ideas,suggestions and strategies have been put forward.Taking Shuanggang Town in Tongcheng City as an example to analyze the above methods and methods,it provides a new reference for the planning and construction of industry and trade-oriented small towns.First,it defines the related concepts involved in the paper.Through a large number of literature studies,it combs the related theory of industrial and spatial integration and the research status at home and abroad.The basic theories used include location theory,symbiosis theory,growth pole theory,spot axis theory.The core edge theory has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the paper.It is determined that the object of the dissertation study is a small industrial and trade town that is different from the city,including the town and the township.Second,two different spatial entities within the township of industrial and commercial small towns are the starting point,namely the township and the village.Through the spatial layout of the “ township-city ” communion township,the symbiosis of the “production-township” symbiotic village space layout,and the “industry-produce” co-prosperity industrial space layout,and then realize the “production-city-township” integration work.Trade-oriented small cities and towns integrate industry and space,integrate the development of the first industry,the second industry,and the tertiary industry,and connect the two entities in the town area in series to realize integrated development.Constructing the integration system of “production-city-township” in the small towns of industry and trade,the types of integration of industry and space are classified into highly-integrated,well-integrated,basic-integrated,and less-integrated.Finally,taking Shuanggang Town of Tongcheng City as an actual case,it deeply analyzes its current situation and development conditions,and analyzes the status quo of spatial and industrial relations as less integrated.On this basis,using the integration strategy of “industry-city-township” in the small towns of industry and trade,the industry and spatial relationship of Shuanggang Town are combed,and a spatial layout strategy for promoting the integration of “production-city-township” is proposed.After the planning guidance,the relationship between industry and space in Shuanggang Town is well-integrated.
