Research On Application Of Comprehensive Budget Management In A Company

With the development of the economy,the market has changed a lot.In order not to be eliminated,only by improving their management,enterprises can continuously adapt to the changing environment.Comprehensive budget management as a tool is widely promoted in the practical application of modern enterprise management in China.However,there are still many problems in the practical application.For example,Comprehensive budget management is not integrated with corporate strategy.The budget does not guide the actual business.Because of problems in the practice of comprehensive budget management,this paper is based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on budget management theory.It is mainly talked about the situation of company A in the implementation of comprehensive budget management,and an improved scheme for these problems is proposed.
