Research On Quality Management Of Fire Facilities In High-rise Civil Buildings

The construction of fire protection facilities is a special link in the construction of the construction project.Its construction quality also determines the safety and stability of the construction project after delivery.Therefore,in addition to quality management in the stage of design and material selection,in the stage of installation and construction,quality management must be strictly followed in order to ensure the normal operation of fire protection facilities in construction.Aiming at the problems in current fire control engineering quality management,this paper collate a set of effective measures for quality control of fire construction,so as to guide the whole construction of fire facilities.This paper referred to the related theory of literature and information,and through the literature and data,understand the research focus of contemporary quality management disciplines,in order to obtain the theoretical basis for the help of the research,and combined with the A senior fire civil construction project characteristic selection theory as a guide to action.Through the investigation of the existing problems in the quality management of the relevant fire engineering projects.On the basis of data collected and analyzed,the paper is carried out.From the viewpoint of system,the factors that affect the application of TQM as a complex and orderly whole are analyzed.This paper analyzes the general situation of A engineering fire protection facilities project from the aspects of project organization structure and post responsibility,quality management system and construction management regulations,and summarizes its quality assurance measures,construction organization plan and operation rules.At the same time points out the quality problems of automatic alarm,fire water system quality of indoor fire and fire linkage system.They are:unreasonable installation of sprinkler head,no automatic exhaust valve on the pipe network of automatic sprinkler system,roof test hydrant,defects of system wiring,installation defects of alarm controller and linkage cabinet,defect of linkage debugging between alarm system and water system.On this basis,the author put forward corrective measures in view of the existing problems,which are four aspects,which are to improve the guarantee system for the quality of fire construction,to improve the construction of the personnel of the construction enterprises and to build the supervision of the government to strengthen the supervision of the government.The research on the quality management of fire engineering has the characteristics of practicality and effectiveness.It is based on the application of the quality management in the concrete construction project,and has important practical reference value for the quality management of the fire engineering construction enterprises.
