With China’s economic development, urbanization accelerated, City is expectedthat it continues to be regarded as a breakthrough by taller buildings and a symbol ofcourage to climb. High-rise buildings were built in the second and third line city.High-rise building construction has a long building period and it is influenced by theenvironment. The traditional quality management solutions have deficiencies when it isused to high-rise building construction. Due to the emergence of a large number ofhigh-rise buildings, construction enterprise quality management approach is still in therelatively backward state. So the quality management of high-rise building has practicalsignificance.This thesis describes the development of super-tall buildings present situation andfuture trends and analyzes the main characteristics of high-rise building construction.Thus, it analyzes the quality management of high-rise building construction by thequality management theoretical knowledge, from respective of quality objectives,quality planning, and quality control. Then it presents several new methods of high-risebuilding construction quality management. Finally, through practical projects, the authorsystematically analyzes for the whole process super high-rise building constructionquality management and makes some illustrations of several heavy and difficultconstruction technologies.This thesis uses comparative analysis and I did a lot of the typical pre-engineeringresearch, the problem encountered in high-rise building construction were summarizedand analyzed, it came up with a super high-rise building construction heavy and difficultstage of quality control. Then it proposed several recommended action, hoping toprovide a reference for future types of projects. |
