Study On Planning Of Characteristic Small Towns Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

In recent years,with the first and second batch of achievements and better development achievements of characteristic towns announced by the ministry of housing and urban-rural development,the construction of characteristic towns and small towns has been pushed forward along with the nationwide upsurge.At present,the xinjiang production and construction corps is responding to the central government's important instructions on deepening the reform of the corps,developing the small town construction with the characteristics of the corps,and realizing the large-scale promotion of the economic development of the reclamation area.First,this paper takes the xinjiang production and construction corps as the research object,analyses the special corps characteristic town development background,the small towns of xinjiang production and construction corps,characteristic,large unit characteristic of small towns,the interpretation of the concept of the characteristic of small towns planning and development from the history of the regiment,location distribution of imperfection,the particularity of the system,the population and the diversity of culture,the particularity of the ecological environment and its spatial distribution characteristics of Angle summarizes the basic characteristics of the corps,the commonness and difference analysis of the characteristics of not only clear the research production and construction corps characteristic small towns planning system for the universality of the corps of characteristic small towns construction meaning;At the same time,according to the special distribution characteristics of the corps,the planning system of the corps' small towns can also be combined with the specific characteristics of the resources,which has practical significance to design the characteristics of the corps' small towns.Then,the author analyzed and summarized the components and basic requirements of small towns with characteristics,combined with the components and special requirements of small towns with characteristics of the xinjiang production and construction corps,and constructed the planning system of small towns with characteristics of the xinjiang production and construction corps.Industrial planning is constructed from agricultural modernization and characteristic industry construction respectively.At the level of agricultural modernization development,AHP is used to construct the comprehensive index system of agricultural modernization of the corps.Based on this system,the agricultural modernization level of the corps is evaluated and analyzed,and the agricultural modernization development strategy is designed in a targeted and reasonable way.For the design of featured industries,the author constructed the AHP analysis model for the selection of featured industries,and constructed four possible strategic development paths based on the strategic SWOT analysis model for the development strategic direction of featured industries.The key points and strategies of spatial planning are put forward based on the three influential factors of industry,ecology and culture.The research and construction of planning system of characteristic small towns of XPCC is a planning and design framework for guiding the development of characteristic small towns of specific corps' divisions and regimental farms.Finally,carries on the corps characteristic research of small town planning system,in the sixth division new farm characteristics of small town planning and design,for example,features a corps of small town planning system framework for planning combined with the special culture resources and new farm,respectively from the industry,space,empirical explores the three aspects of mechanism system corps characteristic small towns construction.It is the final result of applying the theory research of this paper to the practical project and realizing the planning and design of the small towns with characteristics of the corps.There were 38 figures,27 tables and 81 references.
