Study On Community Construction Method In The Characteristic Towns

The construction of the Characteristic Town as the key content of modern urban and rural construction,and the first concept of "the Characteristic Town" in the Zhejiang Province,the whole country has set up the Characteristic Town construction boom.However,in the premise that the functions such as industry and tourism have already existed,the community function should also be an important factor in the construction of the Characteristic Town.The community construction is directly related to the ecological environment,cultural inheritance,industrial development,landscape construction and residents' happiness index.The role of community construction in the Characteristic Town can not be replaced,therefore,this article choose the Sanshigang town as a research object to study and explore,by combining theory analysis and practice verification research technique,uses the method of scientific and reasonable planning guide the Characteristic Town community construction.Firstly,based on the analysis of outstanding cases,I understanded and elaborate the community construction of the Characteristic Town,define the concepts of urban community construction,rural community construction,and community construction of the Characteristic Town,and clarify the characteristics and content of the Characteristic Town Community.,construction goals and basic guiding principles,through the analysis and analysis of current domestic community construction problems,understanding of community construction from the aspects of “person”,“literature”,“land”,“scene” and “production”.Then building community with characteristics Discuss and summarize planning methods for related issues.Finally,selected Sanshigang town as the empirical research,put it in the community construction under the background of analysis,through the regional analysis of the background and current situation of the development of community construction,achieve the goal of clear thesis empirical foundation part.Then from the "person","literature","land","scene"","production" five perspective,the Characteristic Town community construction planning method are discussed.This paper summarizes community planning layout,community impression building,community ecological protection,community landscape construction,community industry and other aspects of community building method research.
