Analysis On The Construction Strategy Of Cultural And Tourism Characteristic Towns From The Regional Perspective

With the gradual progress of urbanization construction in China,characteristic towns have emerged.Among them,the Chinese tourism characteristic towns account for the largest proportion and have the widest influence.Their characteristics are to build a comfortable tourism environment relying on specific natural conditions or humanistic environment and combining local industries.Therefore,the regional excavation and inheritance is particularly important for the development of small towns with cultural tourism characteristics.However,in the existing planning and construction,there are some problems,such as homogeneity of location,inadequate excavation of local resources,blindly copying and inadequate innovation in planning and design,resulting in one side of a thousand towns,lack of characteristics and so on.The most intuitive manifestation is the architectural style.Architecture is the most intuitive bearing body for the style and features of small towns.The "characteristics" of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics need the support of architecture.Therefore,this paper takes the architectural style of Wenlu characteristic town as the research object,explores the strategy of regional construction,and realizes its "characteristic" development while protecting natural resources,inheriting cultural context and promoting regional economy.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is mainly about the research background,which covers the opportunities and policy conditions for the development of characteristic towns,the development trend of cultural tourism industry and the demand of modern people for regional characteristics.Including a summary of the research object and scope,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and frameworks.The second chapter is to raise questions,including the development process,attribute characteristics and other basic overview of Wenlu characteristic towns,to analyze the existing problems in the construction of Wenlu characteristic towns' architectural style,and elaborate the importance of architectural style in Wenlu characteristic towns,to verify the rationality of the starting point of this study.Chapter three is the theoretical research.Combining with the small towns with Wenlu characteristics,it elaborates the relevant theories,derivative laws and construction requirements of regional features,and analyses the value of regional features in small towns with Wenlu characteristics,so as to provide the research basis and theoretical support for the specific strategies and methods in the following chapters.The fourth chapter is the specific strategy research.Firstly,the elements affecting architectural style are analyzed,which are divided into macro,meso and micro elements.Macroscopically,it includes planning layout,skyline composition and group texture;mesoscopically,it includes spatial scale,basic style and plane combination;and microscopically,it includes material color,decorative style and detailed skills.Then it analyses the common principles of regional architectural style construction of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics,including natural,human and social needs.On this basis,according to the point-by-point analysis of the elements of architectural style,combined with a number of practical cases,summarizes and summarizes the construction strategies of architectural style of small towns with tourism characteristics from the regional perspective.Finally,it classifies three kinds of construction styles from the overall personality expression,including direct expression,continuation of tradition,dialogue between the old and the new,contrast and harmony,scene reproduction,form and meaning expression,and analyses their applicable conditions and ways.In the fifth chapter,the theoretical analysis and strategic methods mentioned above are applied to specific projects to verify the research content,combining with the specific cases in which the author participates.Based on the background of the development of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics,this paper analyses the existing problems,carries out relevant theoretical research,and combines with a number of practical cases,puts forward specific strategies,which has a certain reference significance for future research and practice in related fields.
