There are many related researches around the successful application of influencing factors in BIM technology,and the relevant factors proposed are also relatively broad,and it is difficult to draw useful conclusions from it.The application of BIM technology shows that the application of BIM technology with clear goal orientation can often achieve better results.The unclear target orientation is one of the important reasons for the failure of BIM technolo gy application.It is more conducive to find the Key success factors of BIM technology when the target of enterprise application is relatively clear.There are many goals in the application of BIM technology,and the influencing factors of successful applica tion are also different when applied in different target-oriented BIM technologies.It is necessary to distinguish the objectives of BIM technology application and study the key influencing factors of its successful application.In order to guide the applic ation of BIM technology in different target-oriented researches,the key influencing factors proposed are more targeted and have high practical guidance for guiding BIM applications.First of all,the Delphi method was used to distinguish the objectives of BIM technology application.Based on this,with reference to related documents and their own work experience,the influencing factors of different target-oriented BIM technologies were initially determined,Combined with questionnaire surveys.factor analysis further determines the influencing factors of the application of different target-oriented BIM technologies;then,using the ISM method,establishes an explanatory structural model of the different target-oriented BIM technology application influencing factors;finally,through the project case,the implementation process of BIM technology is analyzed..The application of BIM technology in the construction phase and its key influencing factors are mainly attributed to the following four aspects: 1."Three-dimensional technical disclosure and cross-professional coordination" The key influential factors in the achievement of the target are the mastery of professional construction technology by the person in charge of BIM technology.The level of understanding of BIM technology b y the person in charge of construction technology;2.The key factors affecting the achievement of the goal of “conflict detection and in-depth design” include the mastery of the design scheme by the person in charge of BIM technolog y,the understanding of BIM technology by the person in charge of the design and BIM.The closeness of cooperation between the technical person in charge and the BIM software vendor;3.The key influencing factors for the achievement of the “automatic metering” target is the mastery of professional cost management knowledge by the person in charge of BIM technology;4.“Project management system based on BIM” The key influencing factors of target achievement are the depth of cooperation between BIM technolo gy leaders and software vendors,the understanding of BIM technology managers on project management,and the degree of understanding of the BIM management platform by the person in charge of the company.
