Ship cabin layout is a very important task in ship design.The result of cabin layout design will directly affect the safety,usability and craftsmanship of the ship.Cabin layout is a typical space layout planning problem,which involves a wide range of factors,many factors to consider,but also to meet a wide range of design constraints.At present,the layout design of ship cabins has evolved from two-dimensional design to three-dimensional design.The quality and efficiency of design have been greatly improved.However,this is only a change in the design tools.The internal design methods have not undergone fundamental changes.Relying on the designer's experience is done manually.The decision-making experience during the entire design process is strong.The designer directly translates the design intent through design tools into design results through the brain activity.It relies heavily on human knowledge,experience,and reasoning capabilities,which leads to the current design of the ship cabin layout.The level of automation and intel igence are low.Accessibility,as an important indicator for the design of ship cabin layout,not only reflects the time,space,and economic costs of internal personnel and material transport during the daily production,operation,and operation of the ship,but also reflects the evacuation and transfer capabilities of ships in distress..The design of ship cabin layouts and passages must not only meet the requirements of various design specifications,but also need to ensure the safety of the entire ship,and optimize the space layout to increase the utilization rate.The layout of the ship cabin not only affects the performance and vitality of the ship,but also has a close relationship with the work efficiency and quality of life of the people on board.Reasonable design of the cabin layout has an important influence on the overall performance of the ship.In view of the complicated and varied space environment and complicated constraints in ship layout design,this paper introduces the energy function based on fuzzy theory to express quantitatively and reduces the engineering complexity of the problem.Firstly,the commonly used measurement methods of accessibility are analyzed and studied.Selecting the appropriate measurement method is an important prerequisite for the rational comparison and evaluation of ship cabin layout design schemes.Secondly,we introduce the theory of cellular automata and carry out secondary development of CATIA to realize the rapid generation of a variety of layout schemes when meeting the design requirements.Based on the TSP model,the set of personnel flow in the ship layout design problem is established,and the energy membership function is used to express it in a unified manner.Finally,the optimization of the scheme under multiple optimization goals is performed.The research results will help solve the technical difficulties of quantitatively evaluating accessibility in the optimization of ship cabin layout,and help shorten the overall design cycle of the ship and improve design efficiency.
