General design is the technical basis of the development of one aircraft carrier. From the initial concept idea to a full-life operational use, every development stages are inseparable from the general design, including the conversion phase of its modernization. From the perspective of modern technology, general design is the carrier's comprehensive integration technology, including a composition sub-systems and functional components of the integrated design optimization technology. Cabin layout is a very important part of the overall design. It will be of great significance of meeting the general requirements of aircraft as possible to meet the needs of the navy, enhancing combat capability. Therefore, the optimization of the cabin layout is very important part.In order to reach the optimum arrangement of the carrier's cabin requests, firstly, the paper has been elaborated on the foreign carrier's cabin structure and has an initial macroscopically understanding on the cabin layout. Then, the paper conduct detailed classification for the thousands of compartments of the carrier based on a modern aircraft cabin layout of the status quo, the national military standard requirements for military ships and aircraft cabin layout awareness. Ultimately, the carrier's cabin is divided into four major systems. This system consists of life support systems, navigation support systems, aviation support systems and combat support systems.Habitability is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of aircraft carriers. Life support system reflects the performance of the carrier's habitability. Study of life support systems is to make life cabin to meet the needs of crew living conditions. Choose a suitable location and living space according to different types, different levels of cabin crew, and provide a good dining environment, well-equipped health care facilities and service facilities. Therefore, the aircraft carrier needs integrated, independent life support systems. General layout of the system also includes aviation security system, navigation support systems and operational support systems. Aviation security system analysis in the hangar, aircraft elevators and air chain of command; navigation support system is including power compartment, oil tank and navigation Command Module; combat support system is composed of combat Command Module, ammunition tanks and combat Command Module composition. System analysis uses a comparison approach to sum up the layout. It is combined with various types of cabin layout requests and get cabin layout diagram.In order to qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis, this paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and methods to achieve evaluation of cabins layout. In the establishment of the program of cabin layout, this method need the weight coefficient of each factor based on the analysis method, and obtains evaluation results for each factor, and forms a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix. Then it need to selects the method of calculation and gets the final evaluation results.
