This paper analyses the impact of informatization to the development of construction industry.The traditional construction industry cannot adapt to the trending of economic society,thereby,that is the reason why China introduces BIM technology to construction industry in a way to provide a new road furthering the construction industry.In recent,numerous scholars have already delved into the shear wall structure,featured by excellent comprehensive performance,strong lateral stiffness and convenient to the room layout,which is a commonly used structural style in high-rise buildings.The shear wall structure has gradually evolved from simplification to diversification,and the assembled shear wall structure is widely used in actual engineering.Revit is the key modeling software for BIM.Rarely observed the combination of shear wall structure and Revit so as to proceed the parametric modeling and design.This paper is mainly targeted at conducting the second development of Revit 2017 software in the Visual Studio 2015 platform.Combined C# programming language with API to conduct the parametric design of the shear wall structure.Finally,introducing the 3D modeling into Navisworks so as to realize the 4D simulation.This paper explores the following aspects.(1)This paper introduces the development of BIM at home and abroad,and conducts the second development of mainstream modeling software Revit in BIM.Do the parametric modeling towards the shear wall structure through combining the C# programming language with API in a way to establish various type of shear wall family in Revit software.(2)Conduct the parametric design towards the shear wall structure through consulting the Code for design of concrete structures,the Applied structural design of tall building and the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building,and do the reinforcement calculation for rectangular cross-section,complex cross-section of shear wall(L and [ type)and coupling beam.(3)Applied the second developed plug-in of shear wall structure to the actual engineering in a way to realize the rapid modeling of shear wall structure as well as the layout and generation of rebar.(4)Based on the calculation results of the reinforcement of the shear wall structure,the layout of the reinforcement in the shear wall structure is studied and designed.Among them,the layout and generation of longitudinal steel bars,distributed steel bars,stirrups,and lacing bars are mainly considered.(5)Introduce the second developed plug-in of shear wall structure to the Navisworks in a way to conduct the 4D construction simulation.Mainly targeted at the simulation of construction procedure of shear wall structure in a way to realize the visualization of project management.The analysis of this paper can realize the parametric modeling,structure calculation,verification,automatic reinforcement and drawing integration for shear wall structure.The modeling speed of shear wall structure has been enhanced,meanwhile,the 4D construction simulation can benefit the fine management.
